BioWelcome to my journal of recommendations for translated boys' love manga. There are so many titles available that I hope telling you what I like will help you choose what to read next.
Note: This journal is a mirror. Because of the recent brouhaha, my main recs journal is on JournalFen. Recommendations for stories involving underaged characters in graphic sexual situations won't be crossposted here; you'll have to read that account to get them.
How to Download
Many groups now offer direct downloads through their website. You can usually find the links on the project's page or on the downloads page. If you're offered a choice between downloading from a free file host like MegaUpload or from a private server, use the free file host if you can.
Sometimes titles aren't available through direct downloads and you'll have to get them through IRC. I have a tutorial on how to do this here. Downloading through IRC can be a hassle, but if you're new to scanlations, you should give it a try before you decide it's not for you. IRC has the widest selection of titles.
